Created in December 1986, Techni-Modul Engineering specializes in the design and realization of robotized, automated and innovative composite manufacturing solutions adapted to various processes.

We have in-house design and engineering service that benefits from a deep-rooted knowledge in different size a tooling. Moreover we design and build standard and custom made machines and presses.

We offer support, know-how, consultancy and expertise for advanced composite projects and do continuous research in innovative process technologies to meet future demands.

History of the company

From 1986 to now

1986Creation of Ordimoule
In 1986, Serge Luquain established Ordimoule, specialized in the design and manufacture of molds. This company was rapidly oriented to the processing technologies of composite materials.
1996Foundation of Techni-Modul
In 1996 he founded Techni-Modul, specialized in the design and manufacture of special molding machines for the composite market.
2008Emergence of Techni-Modul Engineering
Techni Modul Engineering (TME), was born in 2008 from the merger of these two companies and became a benchmark among the world leaders in the field of industrial turn-key solutions for the design and the manufacture of equipment for the production of composite parts.
2019Techni-Modul Engineering joins CAG
In 2019, Composite Alliance Group Inc. (CAG), a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), acquires TME. This acquisition allows TME to assert its international position and, above all, to support its growth.
